Glenise Dedrick – Director/founder of ‘Todays Woman Inc.’ non for profit organization, and co-director of family business ‘Redglobal Solutions’ alongside husband Roger.
Glenise is an accomplished ACC (Australian Christian Churches) credentialed minister, with over thirty years’ experience in ministry and is the state regional pastor and board member of Chaplaincy Australia, Victoria. She delivers national accredited training in Pastoral Care, Critical-incident Response, Trauma Reduction, Grief, Loss and Bereavement and Suicide Intervention for first respondents. Glenise also facilitates workshops in ‘Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training’ (ASIST)which is a two-day workshop that teaches participants to carry out life-saving interventions for people at risk of suicide. Plus, ‘safeTALK’ which is a half-day
workshop that prepares participants to identify people with thoughts of suicide and connect them with life-saving first aid resources.
Given her experience, Glenise was commissioned to work as community Chaplain at the outset of Black Saturday bush fires in Victoria 2009 – 2011. She has also been deployed; co-ordinating and leading teams in state and national disasters.
She travels extensively as a trainer and member of the Chaplaincy Australia national training team, facilitates courses for Focus on the Family and delivers life skills training for emerging leaders.
As a passionate and highly accomplished national trainer and motivational speaker, Glenise’s life’s experiences and training has equipped her to speak with authority, insight and heartfelt understanding.

Joanne Jarlett: Administrator, PA and board member of Todays Woman Inc.
Prior to her role at Todays Woman Inc. Joanne was the National Director for Australian Baptist Women and the State Director of Victorian Baptist Women for seven years, developing and implementing training programs and workshops for emerging leaders and volunteer women leaders across the state. Joanne has pastored in churches for over 20 years and holds a Certificate in Coaching; and is completing her Diploma of Ministry in Chaplaincy. Joanne has represented women internationally, and sponsored and raised funds to help women overseas and in Australia to obtain life-skills and training to help them reach their full potential. Joanne is a woman of faith and a confidence in God who created all people with purpose, who sees her with worth and gives her opportunities to grow and flourish. Joanne is married with four gorgeous children, an amazing daughter in law, two beautiful grandchildren, and two energetic dogs.
